While I had the extreme pleasure of completing undergrad with WebbESQ, I am a native Texan and love nothing more than showing people how things are done in the Lone Star State, especially depositions like the 2006 deposition in Paramount Communications, Inc. v. QVC Network, Inc.
Joe Jamail is the Chuck Norris of the legal profession. He took and passed the Texas bar his 2L year after a $100 bet from a friend and later went on to successfully represent Penzoil in a suit against Texaco, garnering a $355 million dollar contingency fee. He is known to be quite aggressive in tort litigation and was pretty much barred from practice in Delaware after the antics of this video.
